Please read the following information carefully before deciding
to order a custom oriental rug:

All products within this selection are 100% hand-knotted or
hand-tufted and will be made with natural materials such as
wool, cotton, and silk.

Pricing for this selection is calculated by square footage and is
subject to current exchange rates with the producing country.

Due to the nature of hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs,
production time will be subject to the quality and size of the
custom rug.  For example, an 8x10 rug of average quality will
take 7-9 months to be delivered.  Please contact us for
estimated production times.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date until the rug is taken off of
the loom and is packaged for shipping.

Once an order is placed, it is not cancellable or refundable.

A 50% deposit is required prior to placing the order, this
deposit is also non-refundable.

The balance of the invoice is due at the time of delivery.

Custom rugs are reviewed and made eligible for our 100%
Trade-In Policy on a case by case basis.  Custom tufted rugs
are not eleigible for the 100% trade-in policy.

Custom ordered rug may not be returned.

As with all hand-knotted or hand-tufted rugs, there may be
slight discrepancies in color, design, and size.  Acceptable
tolerances are +/- 3% difference.

The Soumak Collection
A double-sided hand-woven rug constructed with a weaving technique that produces a herringbone effect.  
The entire pattern is made from hard-twist wool, which adds dimension and texture to the design. Rugged
authenticity enjoys a delicate application here.  Thread by thread, using premium wool, each piece is carefully
