Please read the following information carefully before deciding to order a custom oriental rug:

  • All products within this selection are 100% hand-knotted or hand-tufted and will be made with natural materials such as wool,
    cotton, and silk.
  • Pricing for this selection is calculated by square footage and is subject to current exchange rates with the producing country.
  • Due to the nature of hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs, production time will be subject to the quality and size of the custom rug.  
    For example, an 8x10 rug of average quality will take 7-9 months to be delivered.  Please contact us for estimated production
    times.
  • We cannot guarantee a delivery date until the rug is taken off of the loom and is packaged for shipping.
  • Once an order is placed, it is not cancellable or refundable.
  • A 50% deposit is required prior to placing the order, this deposit is also non-refundable
  • The balance of the invoice is due at the time of delivery.
  • Custom rugs are reviewed and made eligible for our 100% Trade-In Policy on a case by case basis.  Custom tufted rugs are not
    eleigible for the 100% trade-in policy.
  • Custom ordered rug may not be returned.
  • As with all hand-knotted or hand-tufted rugs, there may be slight discrepancies in color, design, and size.  Acceptable
    tolerances are +/- 3% difference.

the best of both old world and new world in both color and design.  All Monarchos rugs are 100% hand-knotted with hand-spun
wool, which imparts striations in color for today's all important vintage look and feel.
