Lexington Oriental Rugs- Custom Rug Collection ______________
Please read the following information carefully before deciding to order a custom oriental rug:
- All products within this selection are 100% hand-knotted or hand-tufted and will be made with natural materials such as wool,
cotton, and silk. - Pricing for this selection is calculated by square footage and is subject to current exchange rates with the producing country.
- Due to the nature of hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs, production time will be subject to the quality and size of the custom rug.
For example, an 8x10 rug of average quality will take 7-9 months to be delivered. Please contact us for estimated production
times. - We cannot guarantee a delivery date until the rug is taken off of the loom and is packaged for shipping.
- Once an order is placed, it is not cancellable or refundable.
- A 50% deposit is required prior to placing the order, this deposit is also non-refundable
- The balance of the invoice is due at the time of delivery.
- Custom rugs are reviewed and made eligible for our 100% Trade-In Policy on a case by case basis. Custom tufted rugs are not
eleigible for the 100% trade-in policy. - Custom ordered rug may not be returned.
- As with all hand-knotted or hand-tufted rugs, there may be slight discrepancies in color, design, and size. Acceptable
tolerances are +/- 3% difference.

rug, the Ankar collection is Lexington Oriental Rug's newest hand-knotted rug collection. A contrast in construction, design, and
color to other traditional hand-knotted rug types, Oushak rugs have a silky sheen and hand, shorter pile, and almost rustic
appearance indicative of the nomadic tradition of 15th Century Weavers. Jewel tones prevail in the Ankar collection, with
